It introduces commonly used AI citation generators, such as Scribbr, MyBib, Citation Machine, QuillBot, and Grammarly, and outlines their key features and appropriate use cases. The presentation also covers AI-powered reference managers, including Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, Paperpile, and Anara, which help researchers organize large reference libraries, manage PDFs, and collaborate effectively. Additionally, verified citation and literature review tools such as Scite AI, Elicit, Consensus, Semantic Scholar, Research Rabbit, and Connected Papers are discussed for evidence-based research and gap identification. A journal-safe AI research workflow and practical guidance on using EndNote for citation insertion and formatting are also presented, emphasizing the continued importance of human verification and academic integrity.
